Welcome!

澳门赌场 UWB Counseling Center offers short-term, mental health counseling free of charge to UW Bothell and Cascadia College students registered in the current quarter. We provide mental health-related services to facilitate students’ adjustment to college and their personal and psychological growth in becoming high functioning and socially responsible adults.

Services we offer

  • Individual counseling – 45-minute intake appointment followed by 6 sessions per academic year. If pre-determined, you may use Telehealth services with our HIPAA-certified Zoom link.

  • Same-day counseling – 30-minute session for students experiencing crisis/urgent concerns. 澳门赌场s can walk-in and ask for an appointment.

  • Couples counseling – 45-minute sessions with a couple focusing on relationship concerns. Both partners must be students at UW Bothell or Cascadia College and enrolled in the current quarter. Couples counseling must be attended in-person and both partners must be present.

Alternative services

UWB has partnered with MySSP to give students access to real-time, confidential mental health support, 24/7 and in multiple languages. MySSP counselors are licensed mental health therapists who are familiar with UWB resources. 澳门赌场re are several ways to connect:
